Time to Discredit the California Trip

July 30, 2007

“Financial problems” was a rumor? Yep, I think so, spread by the cops. I’ll tell you another one: Michelle being so angry about Jason’s trip to California. That story, which appeared on a search warrant for the public to see, has never been substantiated by anyone else I have heard of. To me, that story is just a rumor spread by the cops with the connivance of the media.

Yes, the CA trip was sorta a gift to his mom. And yes, Jason had plenty of money for the trip. No financial problems. The cops and the media are the ones who started the rumor. The story originally came out as Jason made the trip solo, no family mentioned. The media simply took what the cops handed them. ——————–

gojo

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
According to the search warrant, the cops took the unsubstantiated word of source A and source B about the trip. The source said Michelle was “pissed off” about the trip. Was she? I haven’t heard anyone else say that.
The point is, the media took that rumor as gospel and published the information. From there the rumor became “fact”.
——————–
gojo
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I think malice was involved. I think source A and B had malicious intent toward Jason. I think the cops had angry intent toward Jason. I think the media was totally incompetent in reporting the story…. and I told them so.

——————–

gojo

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The media should not allow the cops to report the story. That’s what happened with the CA trip. The media readers simply read the search warrant and posted what was on it. That’s letting the cops report the news.
A&B: Are they friends? Family? Do they know Jason and Michelle? What exactly did Michelle say about the trip? Why was she so upset? Money? Being left behind? Did Michelle have a vacation trip of her own? Did the source volunteer the info?
The Trip: Did Michelle and Cassie go? Who went with Jason? Who paid for the trip? Where did they go? What did they do? Was it a special occasion?
ETC.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

So the search warrant info re the California trip was a rumor spread by the police with the connivance of the media?

Gojo, old son, you are really digging for that one!

How, pray tell, can you turn a search warrant into a rumor?

Rhetorical question.  You filter it through the machinations of extreme denial.

Why should we believe that you know just what Jason and Michelle’s financial status was?  You have already admitted to posting technically correct but misleadingly-worded information, in an effort to see just how many will see the truth.  You play games with truth, you play games with sincere posters, and you play games with Jason’s public image.  In other words, you are a lying manipulative troll, and I, for one, don’t believe anything you say.

Bloody sheets?  Footprints?  No footprints?  Finances?  Lawyers?

You don’t really know half of what you think you know, and you want people to think you know twice as much as that.

Gojo Be’s Obnoxious

July 30, 2007

After the Amanda Lamb story back in May, I heard these two cops talking about how complex the case is:
———————————
LAMB: They’re very optimistic, as they’ve been all along. They say it’s a complex case, that it takes time to put a case like this together, that they have to get it right. +++++++++++++++++++++++
“This sure is a complex case, Bubba.”

“Yep. The husband done it.”

“That’s what makes it complex, Bubba. We’ve got to get the husband from Virginia to Raleigh and then back to Virginia with no way to prove he left his motel room.”

“Yep. But the husband done it. He’s a complex man.”

“I’m optimistic, Bubba. But it takes time to put a complex case like this together. That little girl sure is complex. Who you reckon took care of her through all this?”

“Yep. She’s a complex girl. She took care of herself. We have to get it right.”

“What about the dog, Bubba. Why didn’t the dog get into the blood and leave tracks everywhere?”

“Yep, that’s a complex dog, too. And strong. No poop anywhere. You reckon that dog just licked up his pawprints and the little girl’s footprints and just ate his own poop?”

“You have a way of making the complex seem simple, Bubba. Let’s go cuff the husband. I’m optimistic he done it.”

If I were Gojo, I would not be so cavalier about the police.  I wonder if Jason was/is that contemptuous.

Strange people.  First, they expect the police to be all sweetness and light, then they treat the investigators with contempt.  I wonder what reality they inhabit!

Jason may make a closer acquaintance with “Bubba” than Gojo…

 Just saying!

A Question and Two Answers

July 30, 2007
i’m glad to see both (Michelle’s friends) back to the forum.if either of you know, could you please tell us the answers to these questions:1. did jason date Michelle fisher in college?
2. did jason date michelle money in college?if so, in which order, whom did he date first?

3. did michelleY lock jason out if the hotel room during the fight at GA’s wedding or did jason lock michelle out of the room?

4. was michelle going to work part-time after the baby was born?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For my friend Surfside: 1. No. 2. No. 3. Rumor 4.
The request for such evidence, which was made four days after the slaying but released Thursday, stated that authorities feared any physical scars Michelle Young’s assailant suffered would heal quickly and that investigators discovered the Youngs were experiencing financial difficulties.
“The deceased was covered by a substantial life insurance policy with (Jason Young) as the beneficiary,” the document said. “The deceased was pregnant and was making plans to cut back on her employment following maternity leave.”
Loves Life Speaks Out
July 30, 2007
Although I don’t view being pregnant as a handicap, I must admit that when I see someone hugely pregnant with a child or 2 in tow I think those pregnant parking places are a nice idea. Many of us have children or have had and know what a hassle trying to deal with groceries, putting a child into a car seat, watching your purse, watching the cart and maybe even a 2nd child can be. It doesn’t hurt to make things a little easier for people that have their hands full. I try to treat other people how I would like to be treated and so far in life, it’s mostly worked out for me. Piper, I’m not trying to pick a fight here or cause any upset, but I think it probably would be nice if you didn’t park in those spots. That said, I do take your point that being pregnant is not a handicap.
——————–
I love life! It’s the best way to have fun and enjoy things rather than stressing.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Well, I, for one, think that being in the last couple of months of pregnancy can definitely be a handicap.  Up till then, a pregnant woman is usually fairly agile, if she has stayed in shape, exercised, and eaten right, etc.

However, the last month of any pregnancy is hard on any woman, and much harder on some than others.  Lucky mothers-to-be have back aches, swollen ankles, dizzy spells, contractions and extreme fatigue.  Others have high blood pressure, pre-eclampsia, broken blood vessels, constant nausea, constipation, vaginal bleeding, hormonal irregularities and difficulty walking, sitting, standing and lying down.  Never mind a 25 to 50 lb weight gain.

Now, if you value the continuation of the human race, get your god-damned car out of the pregnancy parking space!

Women in the last month of pregnancy should not be required to lift anything heavy, climb ladders, perform any function that requires stressing abdominal muscles (such as mowing), or do anything except take a walk every day, practice LaMaze breathing and rest up.  She is about to fulfill her obligation to her husband, her family and the human race.  She is going to stretch a 2″ opening to at least 8″ in diameter, and push the 8 lb parasite she has been growing for the past 3/4 of a year into the world.  This will take either several hours of painful, grinding labor, or having an 8″ incision cut through her abdomen and uterus.  She has been sleep-deprived for months, and will be for the next two years.  Her muscles have strengthened due to hormones, and her bones have softened.  Her body will be ruined forever, unless she works very hard to return it to its pre-pregnant state.

Don’t you DARE tell me pregnancy is not a handicap!

Bastard.  You don’t deserve a wife willing to bear your brats.

(Not you, LovesLife–the idiot who takes the pregnancy spaces.)

Quick to Accuse of Idiocy

July 29, 2007

That lawyer stuff is just (), Loves. I just finally got tired of posters referring to Jason’s DEFENSE lawyer. He doesn’t have one. Neither do I. He has a personal attorney. So do I. You see? From there the BBBs started posting that Jason has no attorney. Idiots. ——————–

gojo

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So, you admit you deliberately misled posters at CTV, and yet, they are “idiots” for not reading between your lines.  You are an asshole.
Ah, Bikin’ Banner, I’m afraid I have some bad news for you. One of the BBB yoyos has come over and attacked Skippy. She claims Skippy is carrying diseases. Idiot. It’s probably the same broad who is constantly attacking little Cassie. Why do these broads have to attack the defenseless? I reckon this one’s a coward who won’t attack you because you can defend yourself. Just ignore her, Bikin’. I think others will learn what she is really like and drive her out of the coven.
And don’t worry about Skippy. Your turtle is among friends who will protect her. So is Cassie.
——————–
gojo
Everybody and everything is loaded with disease-carrying organisms.  Including Cassie and Skippy.  That’s why we take vitamins and get inoculations.
Outside of your diseased imagination, nobody has attacked Cassie…unless there is something going on in Brevard that we don’t know.
PiperWiser is Such A Mensch!
July 29, 2007
Since my sarcastic side is showing, let me just ask this. Is there a priest on CTV for the day or something today? Seems like a lot of confessions going on over there. As far as anyone can tell, has one of that gaggle of biddies had a successful marriage. I’ve read of divorce, being taken to the cleaners, and the newest tonight is that one was expected to carry laundry and rake leaves while she was pregnant or somesuch. Being one of those liberated women and all, I never knew being pregnant qualified as a handicap making one incapable of movement. That being said, I’m one of those that parks in those parking spaces at grocery stores for pregnant mothers. Why? Because the spaces are illegal. I checked on that. Being pregnant doesn’t qualify as a handicap. I guess some posters think it does.
Stats
I recently came across some government statistics covering the last 20 years or so. I was struck by the choice of murder weapon. Of husbands who kill their wives, 69% use a gun, 26% use knives, 2% use blunt force. The chart does not break these numbers down into pregnant and non-pregnant wives.
…And your point…?
Jason was going for a quiet kill.  Hard to do that with a gun.
On the Interpretation of Statistics
July 29, 2007
We have been given horrible statistics about the number of pregnant women who are killed by a spouse. I reckon the poster wants to show what a murderous society we live in. Mission accomplished.
——————– gojo~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That’s all?  That’s all you see?
We have always lived in a murderous society.
You sound like Prince John in “The Lion in Winter.”
“Look out!  He’s got a knife!”
And Eleanor comes back with something to the effect of:
“Of course he has a knife!  It’s 1183.  We’re barbarians.  We’ve all got knives!”
However, even in 1183, husbands looked after their pregnant wives.  Having a baby was hazardous.  Chidren frequently didn’t survive to adulthood.  People did everything they could to ensure the protection of pregnant women.
Except for enemies.  Vikings took peculiar pleasure in raping nad killing the pregnant women of the towns they conquered.
It seems to be in modern society alone that we have produced a generation of men who resent the responsibilities associated with raising a family, and get out of it by murdering their pregnant wives.
If we cease to put women and children first, what hope is there for society?
Who is Twisting What?
So now the twisting of my posts by BBBs is confusing their own buds. They now have some of their buds believing Jason’s lawyer has abandoned him and Jason has no lawyer. Idiots. All I pointed out is that Jason has no DEFENSE lawyer. He doesn’t. He has nothing to defend against. No charges. Idiots. ——————– gojo
Ignore, huh? Posters on other boards say they have another poster on ignore. That means they don’t, of course. Who do they think they fool with that stuff? ——————– gojo~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~So the Goje-man admits it.  He posts things that are deliberately obtuse and slanted toward a particular interpretation, just to see if anyone is able to read between the lines and figure out what he means.
In other words, a TROLL.
And, as for the “iggy” feature…I don’t know about you, but I’ve never falsely claimed to “iggy” a poster.  Now, I will occasionally click on a post by that poster to see what is being said, and will sometimes go there if I see a post quoted that deserves a response, But if I say you’re on “iggy,” child, your ass is on “iggy.”
Not Random
Nice to meet you Loves Life, Gojo, and Bikin Banner/turtle dude. The piper has an early day tomorrow so I’ll say good night for now. I think I’ll be back tomorrow though. Its nice to have a board that’s not full of the nasties. I do have some questions though, if anyone knows the answer. LE has said pretty strongly from the beginning that its not random. Do you take that to mean they think its the husband for sure? See, I know a lot of people say that, but to me not random would pretty much include anyone that wasn’t a random stranger to her. I would think that could mean any friend, acquaintance or family member. What do you all think? What about the dog? I’ve seen a lot said about him. Was it a protective dog or was he the friendly sort? I guess if it wasn’t random, it might not matter. Maybe the killer wasn’t random to the dog either. Even if he was protective, he might let in someone he knew.
Okay, don’t lynch me for my questions. I’ve been waiting so long to ask those things. See you all here tomorrow maybe?
I will tell you what “not random” doesn’t mean.
Are you listening, Dearly Beloved?
It doesn’t mean some itinerant murderous drug-crazed wanna-be doorknob-rattling useless lousy burglar who, terrified by the sudden appearance of an average-sized pregnant woman, smashed her within an inch of her life.
It probably could mean any friend, acquaintance or family member, except for one thing.  It takes a lot of RAGE to smash a person over 20 times about the head and face.  Knocking teeth all over.  This is RAGE, people, this is
You god-damned BITCH, just SHUT the FUCK UP and don’t you DARE EVER tell anyone that!
This is
I’m SICK to DEATH of listening to your SHIT!
This is
This is the last time you will EVER say that to me, you BITCH!
Oh, yes.  This is rage.  This is spawned by a feeling that goes so far beyond sibling jealousy, drugs, or fear.
This is Jason.
