Seeing as you published the news of the memorial on every board discussing the case, I think you would have a better idea of how Jason found out.

If you can’t evince a little empathy for the mother and grandmother of murder victims; a woman who has been denied the companionship of her only granddaughter, and seen her surviving daughter and herself smeared all over cyber space, you need to just shut the hell up and crawl back into the sludge that spawned you.

I’ve been reading this site for quite a while now but this is my first post. I’ve read about Michelle Young’s friends selling the x-mas ornaments to raise money for her little girl and that really touched my heart. I want all of you to know that you cannot judge all of the people from Brevard by Jason Young. There are a lot of good people here who are hard working, honest, and family oriented. Most everyone I know does not support Jason and the way he has acted. A real man would have helped the police and worked to clear his own name if he was not guilty. The worst thing he has done, if the rumors are true, has to do with where he was on the one year anniversary of his wifes murder. The story in Brevard is that he was in the Caribbean with his little daughter, his momma, and his new girlfriend. She is supposed to be some rich lady from Atlanta. If she were poor would it make a difference? ——————– alana ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I don’t know about this BS person, but what bothers me is that (if the rumor is true), while Michelle’s blood kin are mourning at her (unmarked) gravesite, Jason and his new girlfriend are frolicking on a beach in the Caribbean. Countenanced by his mother. Was Pat along as a combination chaperone and babysitter? It’s over a year. The proprieties have been observed. Has Pat been telling Jason, “Wait a year, then you can get a girl (and that’s all you need to know).” Until recently, I had been quite in sympathy with Pat. I would not like to be in her position. However, her “…and that’s all you need to know…” in the NC Wanted interview kind of diminished that. Is she like Jackie Peterson, who (according to Ann Bird) wished that Scott could find a girl like Ann’s babysitter? Did she not think Michelle was good enough for her golden son? Does she buy into the bullshit that all Cassidy needs is to forget Michelle and get a brand new Mommie? Could a teacher be so insensitive? The speed and intensity with which Gojo attacked BSNBREVARDNC leads me to believe the rumor is true. Not to forget the fact that he didn’t actually refute the statement. His argument was with the “rumor” aspect of the post. How about you?
