Well, Rocky, I reckon I look on the cheating issue as being separate from the murder of Michelle. The cops told us about it to punish Jason for not talking to them, and to pressure him to agree to be grilled. ——————– gojo ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You always have to say “grilled” or some other variant.  I’ll tell you what. When my spouse died under suspicious circumstances, the police had questions for me.  I had to answer a lot at the scene, the same things later, and write out my whole statement in longhand.  Then next day, I had to go down to the police station and do it all over again. But, I’m not in jail, because it was obvious from the beginning that I had nothing to do with my spouse’s death. That’s the difference between my situation and this. Man is a holistic creature.  You have to look at Jason as a whole being, and not compartmentalize his behavior.  It’s the same Jason who had a romantic “relationship” with his wife’s friend that has refused to speak with the police.  Unless Jason suffers from Multiple Personality Disorder, his “relationship” is relevant to his behavior subsequent to the murder of his wife.

I have heard that there are rumors at other sites that Meredith posts on the boards, using an existing nickname, but this is the first time I’ve seen Surfie suspected of such a thing. I think it’s another tit-for-tat technique.  Many at other boards have speculated that Gojo allows others much closer to the crime use his nickname. And the geographic profiler likes to say that the killer is gay.  Doesn’t say, as far as I know, if the killer is male or female, but the absurd speculation that Meredith is either a fag hag or a Lesbian, and recruited a partner in crime (of either gender) in the gay community, has been floating for a while. Gojo, you need a new schtick.  This one is wearing very thin. You must be really scraping the bottom of the river to come up with that one. You know the river, right?  De Nile?

And another thing, Rocky. I didn’t start the name calling. But I’ve never complained because I’m a man. Well, maybe one other thing, since you brought it up and I’ve been thinking about it. Some posters allege Mrs. Fisher does not get to visit with her granddaughter. Here’s your question: Why do you reckon that is? That is, why do you think Jason would keep Cassidy away? What’s the point? I’m interested in your answer, and anyone else who has a theory. And please, don’t be ridiculous and say he’s afraid of what Cassie might say. That’s ridiculous. And another thing. I dont think its right for you to be calling people on that other board names and stuff like BBs. Just because they dont agree with you about your friend Jason. Everybody’s got their own opinion, and they dont have to agree with you. If Gojo can’t think up a pejorative, he settles for the term, “idiots.”He changes the spelling of people’s nicknames, to make them into insults.  Her is a short list of people he has insulted by messing up their nicknames: Surfside6 = Surfliar, Surfnut, Surfwingnut TinyPawPrints = TinyBrainPrints Debums = Debuns and Debdums Forpsystudent = Psychostudent, too many to list, but he also tried to turn her nickname into a synonym for “bullshit.” JaneTruth = JaneLiar 5swab5 = 5slob5 I know there are others, but I’m much too lazy to spend the next hour hunting through the pages of CyberSleuths looking for them. I think his life is so empty that he lies awake nights thinking of these names.  Probably wakes at 4:30 AM and writes them on the sticky notes he keeps on his bedside table. Maybe he kept all this nastiness inside during his years as a teacher, and it all came bubbling up after his retirement. He’s a rude, crude dude with a major ‘tude!

On Thursday, all the BBs were chortling about a Raleigh Chronicle article calling Jason’s relatioinship with MM an ‘affair’. Remember that? Oh, how they did carry on! After the writer corrected the story, you know what the BBs said and are still saying today? You won’t believe it. It’s just a small, unimportant paper…. it doesn’t mean anything…. not important…. the writer is young, inexperienced…. Gojo intimidated her into changing the story… From the scoop of the decade to ‘unimportant story’…. all in one day. And–get this– no one has yet apologized to the board. Really, I can’t make this stuff up! What’s the point? All of us posters should think a little before tapping the enter button. “Do I really want to post this?” And when we make obvious mistakes, we should be big enough to apologize and move on. And don’t forget…. we still have Marlon’s ‘romantic’ comment yet to consider. Okay, Surfside, let’s get away from your vague ’someone else’. Get specific. Think of a friend, a family member, a relative. Is there no one you could say with certainty, “He/She can’t think murder.” I hope you can, Surfside, I really do. I can think of many, many people who could not think ‘murder’. Okay, I can think of several people I know who could think murder. Not do it, necessarily, but think it. Not friends, not family, thank God. And just my opinion, of course. ——————– gojo ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If that is true, Gojo, the town of Brevard is truly Paradise! Even the nicest people I know have admitted to murderous thoughts at some point in their lives.  Some have gone so far as to actually plot and plan.  Of course, none of them have had the least intention of ever following through, but the thought was there.  Good Christian people, Gojo. You know what I think?  I think I am easier to confide in than you are. That’s all it is.  I can just see you trying to get folks to tell you about such things!  You probably tried to take a poll, like the Jason-as-virgin fiasco. I never ask people to tell me their secrets.  They just do.  I never break confidence. You, on the other hand, are a slitherer.

But Surfside how can you be so sure? What if you are wrong? You’ve never met Jason and you don’t know everything about this case. How can you be so convinced he is guilty without all of the evidence? ——————– Come on, Surfside. I know you don’t really believe those two rumors started by the gaggle. Yeah, yeah, I know you’ve got to pretend to believe them. But you don’t, no more than you believe you could plan and carry out a murder. Psychopath? You guys throw those psychological terms around rather loosely. A trained psychologist might make such a diagnosis of someone…. but only after many interviews and evidence of sustained psychopathic behavior. ——————– gojo ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Pretend? Gojo, I think you have cornered the market in pretence!  Soozie, anyone can form an opinion based on common sense, intuition, and the circumstantial evidence available to us. We are not on the jury.  Our opinions have no bearing on how this case will play out in court. If we all had to wait until Jason has been arrested, tried  and convicted under the law, we should have nothing to discuss. We do not throw any sort of terms around as loosely as your friends throw terms like “embezzler,” “drug abuser” and the like in connection with Meredith’s name.  On far less evidence. Jason will be tried for this crime, and, when it goes to court, you will learn things to make your hair curl. I know.
