Mistrial!
Gojo has yet to weigh in on the current situation.
It is so hard to believe that, after debating a little over 10 hours, the jury was irrevocably hung! I guess they don’t run juries like “Twelve Angry Men” any more.
Still, I have to believe that the prosecution didn’t present their case as well as they could have. The insurance policy was never mentioned. Surely greed is a motive that the jury could understand. Then, there was the sweater. They didn’t emphasize that the important thing is that it wasn’t in Jason’s luggage. They didn’t actually emphasize a lot, except for Jason’s infidelity. And really, people…spouses are unfaithful all the time, without committing murder. I don’t know…it just seemed like the prosecutor didn’t bring her “A” game.
So, there’s going to be a retrial. I hope. Because Jason Young killed his wife.
There are some plusses for the prosecution. They have Jason locked into a story. Now they just need to disprove it. They also know what didn’t work.
So, let’s go! Let’s get this thing up and running again. Michelle and Ryland deserve Justice.
We shall see.
Jason is Creepy!!!!!!! Did he ever spend ONE minute looking for his pregnant wifes killer? Wonder where the killer is then??? The killer who also had a fetish for wedding rings. Where are those “HUSH” puppies???? (how ironic), he says his wife threw them out when she saw “FIT”. Hair on the wedding frame.. hmm must have been planted by oh well Jason of course. Or maybe it was the hair of that lover camp friend who stayed or the claimed to be a victim, Michelle Money or their husbands for that matter. From one of those McCrackens??. His sister found the tooth?
So annoyed jury gave up so quickly. honestly, what were they thinking? LAME! They didn’t need more evidence at all! It was so obvious that he did it! The system must change. Just wasted alot of time and money and most importantly pulled on the heartstrings even more of the family of Michelle! No justice? There will be in time.
Great to know: Plan a business trip, come home brutally beat your spouse to death.Clean it all up and wash it all away. (with child and one home asleep but obviously still aware of the horror) all because he was jealous of his spouses family who were just trying to enjoy life in the way that counts by being together.
How about just get a divorce?
What was with that word organized?.. thrown out there left and right as if it was a bad characteristic! That seemed to bother him and his Mother and MM. Pat had to take care of her critters. Could not just leave em….Wonder if it were her imp of a son who was murdered,,if she would have delayed also.. doubt it. What about all the computer searches… Oh I bet his mom looked all that up.. sound familiar? Liars!
The prosecution harped on his infidelity a little too much which in turn gave the defense the perfect opportunity for him to testify…. he loved her, was wrong for cheating as many are, didnt want to be married. He loved himself more. He gave up his daughter to keep it all “HUSH”. That speaks volumes to me. I hope he stays in jail forever! Scary creature! I keep thinking of his ex-fiancee who was creeped out by his violent anger! he is a sick PUPPY! A great actor as well!
