As usual, Masscomm, when you start your list, you don’t stop to think before typing. You throw in all this gossip you’ve heard and expect Jason to answer. You pretend the gossip has something to do with who killed Michelle. Excuse me. I reckon you don’t pretend. Nevertheless, here is how Jason MIGHT answer. Emphasis on ‘might’. ———————-I would ask him why he hasn’t gotten the insurance. SAYS WHO? LAWYER SAID TO TALK TO NO ONE. NON-ISSUE. GOSSIP. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If lawyer said to talk to no one, then it is not a “non-issue.”  It is not “gossip.”  He has not talked to the insurance people, and therefore he is out the insurance money.  Did you help him save his house from foreclosure, Gojo? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I would ask him about his affairs, or at least why he thinks some women say so. NON-ISSUE. Why, since it was after the anniversary, why it mattered so much to hide it. TO BE A SURPRISE. GOSSIP. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The surprise was that he missed their anniversary.  I wonder how he explained being in Denver?  I wonder how his companion explained her trip.  Surprising Michelle for a late anniversary present is very lame. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I would ask him how often he called MF do do errands for him. GOSSIP. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am forced to form my own reason for this phenomenon, and I think it is because he is afraid of what Cassidy would say to her grandmother and aunt.  The child’s emotional welfare is being sacrificed to his guilt. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I would ask a lot more questions about the trip to Brevard, when it was planned, was it short notice, long notice? And why his houseguests weren’t informed he wouldn’t be in Raleigh, but instead Brevard. SHORT NOTICE. I would ask him if he normally does that in a business meeting with clients and boss present. DIDN’T HAPPEN ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When the phone records come out in court, we shall find out when the voicemail was checked, how often, and whether or not it was during the meeting.  We shall also find out if that was normal behavior for him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I would ask why he felt the need to get a lawyer before he had even picked up his child. And what was the perceived problem with LE that made him think that was necessary? DIDN’T HAPPEN. LE ACCUSATORY. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Of course LE was accusatory!  Cassidy said, “Daddy did it.”  Meredith said it was a “fluke” that she was there.  The crime scene indicated that the killer had a personal grudge against Michelle, and in a huge percentage of murders of pregnant women, the husband is guilty.  It was LE’s job to be accusatory. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I would ask about his movements after he left raleigh that night. Where did he eat dinner? Breakfast? Where were all his gas stops. ONE GAS STOP. ENCOURAGED IT ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Is there any independent corroboration of that?  I thought he wasn’t talking?  If he said that, I bet he is lying.  He may have pretended to encourage her, but I bet he hated it, if he even knew. You are very quick to say “gossip,” “non-issue,” or “personal.” These are questions I would like Jason to answer HONESTLY.  If he could do that to my satisfaction, I might just get off his back and yours.
