“Outsider” Speaks Up

Now surfside, while I don’t condone sexual harassment, funny how this only came to light after everyone starts calling him a murderer. All men hit on women in college and 8 out of 10 times it involves alcohol and gets out of control. You want to put a mans future on trial and say he could be a murderer because a couple girls claim sexual harassment?

What a load of shit!  Since when is this considered OK?

Used to be, 8 out of 10 southern plantation holders owned slaves.  That, too, was considered OK, in those unenlightened times.  Silly me.  I thought times were changing. 

The trouble with getting men to see that it’s wrong to get girls drunk and have sex with them is that, if the positions were reversed, the men would like it.  Or think they would.  I think it’s a testosterone thing. 

I got news for you, Outsider:  IT’S NOT OK.  IT’S RAPE.  It shows a total disregard for the feelings and desires of the woman, and that is WRONG.  Yes, frat rats are notorious for chalking up a long list of vaginas penetrated, with no regard for the rest of the woman.  That does not make it right.  Have a little respect, please!

 …(A) person cannot hide who they truly are, yeah maybe to police or reporters or strangers, but not with something like this in front of people who you spent a large part of your life. Jason isn’t accused of being a serial killer; a killer who is a sociopath and thinks and plans abductions and murders; and also how to not get caught. IF Jason killed Michelle, (for those newbies- I think Jason is innocent but I must respond to others accusations) it would had to have been spur of the moment and the rest just a rash coverup as he went.

It is a lot easier to hide who you really are from your friends and family than it is from the police, who are trained to spot lies by body language and careful attention to words spoken.  Your friends and family WANT to believe you are innocent.

Obviously LE would have no hard time finding the culprit if it went down this way. Spur of the moment crimes tend to be more bloody and gory than a premeditated murder with an elaborate cover up. Who ever killed Michelle had done this before; they knew how to clean a crime scene; their conviction was unwavering when they committed this crime. None of this jives with Jason’s personality now or ever.

Please show some research on this.  “Spur of the moment crimes tend to be more bloody and gory?”  More bullshit, in my opinion.  And not applicable in this case.  The police stated early on that it was one of the bloodiest crime scenes they had seen.  That doesn’t stop me from thinking it was premeditated.  I think he planned to strangle her, and she fought back.  That was when he lost his temper and smashed her head.  And where do you get this idea of crime scene clean-up?  Because there was probably no foreign DNA?  That points right back to your boy, Outsider, and if you can’t see that, there’s no hope for you.  The only part of your post I agree with is that his “conviction was unwavering.”  He was going to kill her that night, no matter what.  I’m sure it was difficult for him to “screw his courage to the sticking place” to commit this crime, and he probably knew he would lose his nerve if he stopped.  Too bad he didn’t.  Oh, and the correct expression is “jibed with…”

But thanks for pointing out that men who harass women (lets see anybody who was ever or will ever enter a fraternity) are just one step away from murder.

This makes no sense.  Harassment shows a total disregard for the feelings and rights of the person being harassed.  It’s one step down a slippery slope.  If a man thinks he has the right to over-ride a woman’s “No,” in the matter of who is sticking what into whom, it is not difficult to see that he has no respect for her whatsoever.  He does not see her as an equal, with the same feelings and rights as he does.  As far as I can see, this alone makes him dangerous.  He may be several steps away from murder.  He may be miles away from murder, but lack of respect for the rights of others is a very bad thing.

 A lot of you are adding up apples and oranges and claiming the answer points somewhere, am I the only one that can see that this type of thinking will only take you where you have been? This is not x + y = Jason Young. Ask anyone in law enforcement; that is called making it add up the way you think it happened which is what I see happening in some of you. You have to look at Jason, he is the only suspect as the husband usually is when a wife is murdered and nothing else stands out. What makes law enforcement so special is the ability to dig deeper than what is presented, to find what was deliberately hidden. If I wanted Michelle dead, I would have made sure that Jason was one that everybody had their eyes on. I hate to think like that, but sometimes to solve problems, you put yourself in that shoe and plan the crime as you would have done it and work backwards.

What stands out is:

~There was no foreign DNA  in that room. 

~Michelle was beaten many times about the head and face, which speaks of extreme rage, which means a killer who is intimate with her.

~Cassidy was not harmed.  A stranger/stalker/random criminal would have offed the kid, too.

~Nothing was stolen, yet a lame attempt was made to make it look as if robbery might be the motive.

So why don’t you put yourself in that shoe, learn a little about forensics, quit mixing metaphors, and walk the hell out of here?

The quality of your writing indicates that you spent far too much of your college time playing with your little frat buddies and not enough learning what your parents paid beaucoup bucks to lay before you.

Apparently so.  The way Gojo has badmouthed Meredith….one would think so.

In my opinion, if Liza is dating Jason, knowing he’s a suspect in his wife’s murder, she’s no lady.  If she doesn’t know, she’s just stupid, which doesn’t disqualify her from being a lady.  Lots of Suthun ladies were a few bricks shy of a sandwich, if you know what I mean.

So, what did Gojo think of Michelle, when Jason brought home his pregnant fiancée to meet his parents and their friendly neighbor?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Did they think she was “trash” because she allowed Jason to knock her up?  Or was she just “Yankee trash?”
